TECHNICAL OFFICERS
The successful candidates will be responsible to maintain,trouble shoot and rectify the packaging/brewing equipment and utility machinery to ensure the highest possible production efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Assist the packaging /brewing supervisor in daily operations and ensure smooth running of production
- Trouble shoot,repair and maintain packaging/brewing machinery
- Lead,drive,support and continuously improve the TPM team
- Analyze,schedule and improve the production perfromance through preventive maintenance
- Carry out deployments and update machine boards on production lines and highlight repetitive breakdown
- Act as a relief for all times inclusive of replacement for personnel on training
- Perform quality to the line as required
- Undertake in house trainer role for machine operation and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- Diploma in mechanical/electrical.instrumentation engineering/automation from recognized local institutions or equivalent
- Min 2-4 years working experience in handling industrial plant process equipment or packaging machinery
- Good understanding of ISO 9001 standards and TPM methodology
- Proficient in verbal and written English and Bahasa malaysia
- basic computer knowledge of microsoft software applications is essential
- Possess good human relations and able to wotk effectively in a team
- Resourceful,results oriented,self-driven and highly committed with good problem solving skills
- Flexible to work in different sections within the department
- Willing to perform shift work
- Fresh 1st degree holders in Engineering field are strongly encouraged to apply
- Those with Chargeman certification will have an added advantage

BREWING TECHNICIANS
The successful candidates will be responsible for operation control,quality checks and basic maintenance of brewing operations.
Requirements:
- Diploma/certificate from recognized local institutions/SPMV or equivalent

PACKAGING TECHNICIANS
