Lembaga Zakat Selangor (MAIS), a subsidiary company of Majlis Agama Islam Selangor (MAIS), in line with our expansion plans would like to invite Selangor born citizens or must be a resident in this state of at least 5 years to date to fill up the following post which is currently available at our head office in Shah Alam.

1. HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

Manage and drive the full spectrum of Human Resources Development functions: - Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and people development, employee retention, organizational design & development, change management, training and development, culture and attitudinal development, performance management program, that will include:
o Human Resources Planning and Management including manpower forecasting and planning, succession and talent planning
o Organizational development including business plan formulation and implementation such as corporate restructuring by department and overall company, performance management system including KPI development and monitoring, Balance Scorecard, SWOT analysis by department
o Human Resource Development including monitoring of training assessment and effectiveness of training effectiveness (TNA/TNI), development of comprehensive and holistic transformational / mindset change program for organization and provide module development / core competencies for staff development
o Well versed in quality management process, ISO, 5S, Work Improvement Teams (WIT), Cross Functional Teams (CFT), SOP and etc.

Requirements

* Must be a Muslim
* Candidates must possess minimum Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management and Development or equivalent
* Excellent communication skills in written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
* Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in HRM and HRD or equivalent.
